The United Kingdom

We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when your order ships.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Portugal 2–4 business days €5 (Portugal Mainland)/ €7 (Islands)

EU Countries 3–7 business days €15

United Kingdom 4–9 business days €15

Note: All shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

  1. Customs & Duties (UK Orders)

UK customers may be subject to customs duties or VAT upon delivery, depending on the order value and UK import laws. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@oponobags.com.

  1. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with our delivery partners.

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Unclaimed parcels returned to sender.
